      When we began, we saw small businesses that were seemingly stuck in a rut, where they could not break out beyond the number of clients they then had.  By research and development, we were able to show them how to reach out to new customers.  Using information that they were gathering, but not paying attention to, we were able to convert this information into new and continued customer relationships, thus giving growth to the small business.

      In our consultations, we came across one small business that was throwing technology and good money at problems that were being experienced internally.  The issues were not going away, but getting worse.  We stepped in, had a look at their workflow and discovered that there were no written procedures relational to the key function of the department in question and further, there was a high rotation of skilled staff there.  We assisted the project manager to develop a procedure manual for that department with a troubleshooting guide that would help in detecting potential pitfalls in productivity.  That problem never returned.  ELIJAHpst has proven that some problems can be resolved with a keen eye and a common sense approach.  Small businesses do not always have to spend big money to resolve seemingly technological issues.  This may be likened to using a cannon to swat a fly.  We see this as bad for business.
